ROOMS
The hotel offers twenty-four rooms, each with a private bath.
All rooms feature cable television and central air conditioning
and heat. The hotel features two suites - the
Honeymoon Suite with canopy bed and large Jacuzzi tub and Fox Run,
an English manor styled room with a gas-burning fireplace and
antique claw-foot tub. The hotel is completely furnished in period
decor.

Deposits:
A
$50.00 deposit per room per night will be charged to your credit
card at the time of booking and will be subtracted from the total
amount due. Deposits will only be refunded if cancelled according
to our cancellation policy below.
Late
check-ins:
Anyone
checking in after closing time will have to make arrangements for
entry and the balance owed after deposit will be charged to your
credit card number on file.
Front
desk is open: Mon-Thurs: 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Fri-Sat:
9a.m.-9 p.m.
Sun:
9a.m.-4 p.m.
Cancellations:
To
avoid a charge, cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior
to your reservation date except during holidays and special
event weekends, which must be made at least 14 days prior.
Five or more rooms booked under the same name require a 30 day
advance notice of cancellation.
If
a cancellation is made after the cancel by date, the total amount
due will be charged to the credit card number on file.
Early
check-outs are considered a cancellation; therefore no refunds
will be given.
There
are no exceptions to the cancellation policy. Hotel staff do not
have the authority to make any amendments to the above policy.
The
reservation is not cancelled until you have received your
cancellation number. If you email us
your cancellation request and do not receive a cancellation number
via reply email within 24 hours, please call us to get the
cancellation number.
Credit
Cards:
Deposit
of $50.00 per room per night is charged at the time of booking.
Late
check-ins will be pre-charged and arrangements made for entry.
Balance
owed due payable in credit card or cash at check-in. NO CHECKS ARE
ACCEPTED.
All
rates based on single or double occupancy. For rooms
that contain two beds, each additional adult is $10.00 extra per
night and children 12 or under are charged at $5.00 extra per
night. Pets are accepted with a charge of $15.00 per pet per night
for the room booked.

applied for Holidays and Special City Events)
Parking
is allowed anywhere on the street (unless marked for handicap) as
well as a parking lot at the rear.
There
is one flight of stairs, but no elevator. If this is an issue,
please contact the front desk as soon as possible. Thank you.
